David Shapiro, CFP®

David Shapiro, Vice President Global Practice Management, joined Portfolio Resources to assist the group in identifying growth opportunities worldwide. Since 1992, David has held sales, marketing, and management positions at leading companies such as Morgan Stanley, AXA Financial, and The Prudential Life Insurance Company of America. Married and a father of two boys, David is licensed
in the U.S. as a General Securities Representative, and as an Investment Advisory Representative.
He is also registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal and as a Municipal Securities Principal. He is a graduate of Rutgers University (Class of 1982) with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Industrial Engineering.

David brings a wealth of experience to assist non-U.S. advisors in integrating their existing practices onto the Portfolio Resources investment technology platform. The platform provides access to the
best money managers in the industry and allows cross-border investment professionals to strengthen client relationships, clearly differentiating themselves in the increasingly competitive financial services marketplace.  David is headquartered in the Jerusalem Branch office and works in close collaboration with Douglas Goldstein, Associate Director of the group and President of Profile Investment Services, Ltd.
